Activity contract and declaration of physical condition

* Legal framework

Speedriding.es is registered in the registry of active tourism companies in Aragon with number TA-HU-0279, which regulates active tourism companies in Aragon.

Therefore Speedriding.es meets all the required requirements:

• You have a valid civil liability policy in place, with the minimum conditions required by the company, Seguros Cervera.

• It has a valid Assistance and Accident policy for all its clients with the minimum conditions required by the company, Seguros Cervera.

* Conditions for carrying out activities.

1. It is prohibited to abandon garbage during the journey.

2. The company provides the technical material necessary for the performance of the activity. The company reserves the right to accept technical material not provided by the company and provided by the client. In the event of accepting material from the clients, this will not result in a reduction in the price of the activity. In turn, the client provides their own material that is essential for the performance of the activity and which they have been informed of in advance.

3. The client declares that he/she is informed of the minimum knowledge required to carry out the activity, of which he/she declares that he/she has been informed by the person in charge of the company. He/she also declares that he/she has been informed of the behaviour to be followed in the event of danger, assuming that he/she is contracting a risky activity and therefore any incident that may arise during its development.

4. The client agrees to follow the guide's instructions, and may stop and cease the activity for those who do not comply with this stipulation.

THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RISKS AND CONSEQUENCES THAT MAY ARISE FROM NOT SCRUPULOUSLY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE GUIDE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIVITY. THE CLIENT EXEMPTS THE COMPANY FROM ALL LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT CAUSED BY NOT FOLLOWING SUCH INSTRUCTIONS.

5. Refunds will not be accepted once the activity has been booked. However, it may be postponed by agreement between the client and Speedriding.es, a period valid during the season in which the activity is booked.

6. The activities may be modified or even suspended for reasons beyond the company's control (weather conditions, etc.), in which case the cancellation management conditions stipulated in the Speedriding.es rates will apply.

7. You are aware and accept that any failure to comply with the guide's instructions, safety regulations, instructions given by members of the entity, as well as any conduct that is considered irresponsible or inappropriate by participants and by your own actions, will lead to your immediate expulsion from the activity.

8. You know and accept that in the practice of active tourism or adventure sports activities, as in any other sporting practice, but especially in those known as "adventure sports", there are inherent risks that may result in damage to the material used as well as bodily injuries such as (sprains, breaks, scratches, bumps...), in any case, you exonerate Speedriding.es from all responsibility and, by extension, any of its members.

9. You understand and agree that neither current or future members of Speedriding.es can be held responsible in any way for any injury or material damage that may arise as a result of your participation in this activity, or as a result of the action or omission of any third party, including the technical staff of Speedriding.es.

* Authorization for minors

I authorize, as guardian or legal representative of the minor, to carry out the contracted sporting activity and confirm that the minor is in a physical and health condition that is consistent with the activity to be carried out. Please inform us of any illness such as asthma, heart disease, physical disabilities or injuries that may be aggravated by practicing the adventure or active tourism activities offered by Speedriding.es.

* Sworn declaration

The signatory or contractor of the activity declares:

• Not having undergone any recent surgical operation.

• Not be pregnant.

• Not suffer from any cardiovascular or other injury or disease that prevents carrying out this type of activities without risk to health and that if in doubt I have consulted a doctor.

• If I wear a prosthesis (specify which one), I personally assume the risk of damage to it that may be caused by carrying out the activity.

• Not be under the influence of any type of medication, alcohol, drugs, narcotics or other type of substances or elements that may impair your ability, reflexes or stability to perform the activity.

• That I am of legal age and if I am a minor, that I am accompanied by a guardian or tutor or that I have the corresponding authorization from my parents or legal representatives.

• That you can swim in case of doing water activities.

• That the activity I am going to carry out and the risks it entails, as well as the behaviour I must adopt, have been explained to me.

• That I am accompanied by a guide whose instructions I agree to follow.

• I explicitly assume responsibility for any actions I take that are not in accordance with the explanations and orders I receive from the guide.
