    The requirement for this activity is to have taken a previous paragliding or speedfly course, since we need to be a fully autonomous pilot in takeoffs and landings.

For both the Unique and Adapted courses, it is mandatory to have federation insurance (FADA) or another insurance that covers paragliding.
